The Yokoteyama Sky Liner is a beloved tourist lift, Japan's only moving walkway (escalator-style lift). It offers an aerial stroll to the summit of Mount Yokote at 2,307 meters above sea level, taking you to a world above the clouds.

Best Season
During the operating period from late May to late October. Especially in the early morning, the probability of seeing a sea of clouds is high, and in the evening, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets.

From Shiga Kogen Yokoteyama/Shibutoge Ski Area. Accessible by car to the Sky Liner boarding area.
